Federal government adding more jobs to its payroll

Fiscal responsibility or expanding government? On Friday, the IRS decided it could do a better job than private businesses at collecting taxes. The fact that the IRS, or the federal government, thinks it can do anything better than a for profit business is a joke. But, here we are again in the midst of an ever expanding government.
